Deadly Conduct

Waiving a gun and threatening motel employees...that's just one of several events landing a Tyler man behind bars.

Tuesday night, Tyler police were called to "The Country Hearth Inn" off Mineola Highway. That's where 31 year old Nathaniel Eugene Griffin was seen leaving in his car. After following Griffin, police pulled him over, searched his car and found marijuana and cocaine. Griffin is now charged with deadly conduct, evading arrest, possession of a firearm and two drug possession charges.
