Great for a big family gathering
(for dry ingredients use large amounts- 1/2 to a cup)
Lousiana Hot Sauce
3 gallons of water
upto 30 lbs. of crawfish & shrimp, corn on the cobb and potatoes
Boil water, add dry ingredients and mix.
Add shellfish and vegetables
Check shellfish after 10 minutes to see if they are cooked through, then every five minutes after.
Squeeze lemon over shelled crawfish
