Steak fajitas from Cooking Up a Storm's Grant

Ingredients:

One flank steak, around 2 pounds
Ketchup
One small can of chipotle peppers in adobe sauce
Seasoning salt
Cumin
Garlic Salt
On yellow onion
Bell pepper
Sour cream
Shredded mixed cheese
Pico de Gallo(see recipe on this site)

Take your flank steak and season both sides with cumin, seasoning salt, and garlic salt then place in a gallon size zip lock bag.  Place ½ cup of ketchup along with one small can of chipotle peppers in adobe sauce in the zip lock bag with the steak.  Seal and place in the refrigerator for about two hours.  After, remove the steak from the bag and grill to your liking.

Slice the onion and pepper and sauté for 8 minutes until tender.  On a small side plate place shredded lettuce.  On top of the lettuce place some shredded mixed cheese, Pico de Gallo, see recipe on this site, and sour cream.  This makes your fajita side kick.

In a flour tortilla place whatever contents from the side kick along with sliced steak and sautéed peppers and onion.

Enjoy!
