Dallas Man Arrested For Making Counterfeit Football Tickets

Dallas authorities have issued an arrest warrant for a man who allegedly sold thousands of counterfeit tickets to a Grambling State-Prairie View A&M game.

Various East Texas ticket outlets unknowingly sold the fake tickets in October.

The man responsible for the counterfeit tickets worked with the event's promoter in the past and used that working relationship to pull the scheme off.

More than 42,000 football enthusiasts purchased tickets for that night, over 3,000 were turned away.
