MARSHALL, TX (KLTV) - "I'm floating in space...there's the Earth," said Robb McMahan, showing me the game he created. He named it Space Walk 3-D and Apple just called to say they want to sell it for IPhones.

"The premise of the game is you're an astronaut and you're floating in space," explained McMahan. "You've got to make it to the space shuttle before you run out of oxygen or fuel. See?"

So what will be in the future for the Texas State Technical College - Software Engineer major?

"I flew to Salt Lake City and took this game development course, and that's kind of how this started and that's when I realized, 'OK, this is pretty cool,'" said McMahan. "I want to be a game developer. A lot of people have concerns about violence in video games and with Space Walk 3-D, you're not shooting anything."

Robb is already working on his second, hopefully soon-to-be IPhone game, called Treasure Diver. You guessed it. The goal is...to get the gold.

"There's the ship wreck and there's several pieces of it scattered throughout the ocean floor," McMahan said. "There's the shark, one of the sharks."

With game creations like his, it is no telling how successful this East Texan game inventor will become.

"The coolest part about it is to see your creations come to life,"he said.

His future could be out of this world.

You can download Robb's IPhone game, Space Walk 3-D for $1.99. His new game, Treasure Diver, McMahan says, will be finished in about a month.
