East Texas are 'stepping out' to battle Parkinson's disease

TYLER, TX - Join the local American Parkinson Disease Association and ETMC Neurological Institute Movement Disorders Center for the 2nd Annual Tyler Area Parkinson's Disease Walk-A-Thon. Registration for 5K Fun Run begins at 7:30 a.m. & Fun Run begins at 8:30 a.m. Walk Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. & Walk begins at 10:30 a.m. Parkinson's Barbecue Picnic begins at 11:30 a.m.

Each participate registration provides one food ticket, one t-shirt and one raffle ticket. In addition to what the registration fee provides, raising $200 or more in donations will also provide participant with a $20 restaurant gift certificate. You can also donate only and that will provide you with one t-shirt. Proceeds benefit Parkinson's disease research and brings about public awareness of Parkinson's Disease here in East Texas.
