1 - 12 oz. jar roasted red bell peppers drained
8 oz. cream cheese softened
½ cup chicken broth
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
3 cloves of garlic
Combine above ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Cook over medium heat for 5 min. Add ¼ cup fresh basil or 1T dried basil. Add 2 pounds cook shrimp. Heat. Serve over pasta of your choice.
