Reversal in Barnhill case

NACOGDOCHES, TX (KLTV) - It was another hearing in front of a judge for Kyle Barnhill, Thursday, and a reversal. Wednesday, they were saying no bond, but now he is being issued a $2,000,000 bond.

Barnhill is the Nacogdoches man accused of murdering his wife in front of their children.

The DA tells us that since they have decided to charge him with first degree felony murder, and not capital murder, he is constitutionally entitled to the bond. The next grand jury will be held next Friday.
