KLTV 7 News Tyler, Longview, Jacksonville |Woman killed in accident on I-20

One person is dead following a two vehicle accident Sunday morning around 12:50.
DPS said twenty-six-year-old Shellae Vickner of Allen Texas was struck and killed while standing outside her car on Interstate 20 just inside the Smith Gregg County line.
DPS said Vickner had earlier struck the guard rail and was standing by her wrecked car with no emergency lights flashing, and her car was partially in the lane of traffic when she was struck and killed.
The driver of the other vehicle was not injured. The wreck occurred at mile marker 576 in the Eastbound lane of I-20.
