
A head-on collision in Van Zandt County killed four people, two of them children. The crash happened on Highway 198 just north of Mabank around 5:00 p.m. yesterday.
The Department of Public Safety says Justin Reller, 29 of Camp lost control of his vehicle. Officials say Reller swerved into on-coming traffic and hit Wallace Rike, Jr., 33 of Mabank head on. Also in the car with Rike, was Macy Rike, 5, and Caleb Rike, 19 days old. All four were pronounced dead at the scene.
