
TYLER, TX (KLTV) - At Tyler Junior College, high school students put their work on display in the Congressional Art Competition. Congressman Louie Gohmert announced the finalists.
This year's winner, Mara Hartsell of Marshall received not just a scholarship, but notice that her work will be displayed at the U.S. Capitol.
Hartsell's winning art will be on permanent display on the wall of the tunnel walkway to the capitol building.
