TYLER, TX (KLTV) - Two people suspected of robbing the Mineola Community Bank in Grand Saline appeared before a Federal judge in Tyler Tuesday for an arraignment on armed robbery and aiding and abetting charges.

Jay Scott McEvers, 40, and Carl Ray Davis, 32, will Remain in custody. A trial date has been set for January 5th in Judge Leonard Davis court in Tyler.

McEvers allegedly drove Davis to the Dallas area after the robbery November 2nd.
