OFFENSE: Manufacture/Delivery CIS pgl >4<200 grams, Possession CIS pgl >1<4 grams
LOCATION: Eustace, Texas
SUSPECTED PERSONS AND AGES:
1. 61-year-old James Glenn Gregg
2. 64-year-old William Gaylon McCalister
SYNOPSIS:
According to Sheriff Ray Nutt, On Monday November 16,2009 Henderson County Drug Enforcement Unit Investigators Ronny Halbert, David Faught and Darrell Waller executed a narcotics search warrant issued by Justice of The Peace #6 Milton Adams at a residence in the Eustace area. During the search Investigators located a large quantity of suspected methamphetamine along with baggies and digital scales commonly used to package the narcotics for distribution. William Mccalister and James Gregg were both arrested and transported to Henderson County Justice Center. McCalister was charged with Manufacture/Delivery of Controlled Substance in PG1 Over 4 grams/Under 200 grams and Gregg was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance Over 1 Gram/Under 4 Grams. No bond has been set at this time.
Henderson County Sheriff Ray Nutt, Major Kevin Hanes, Captain Kay Langford and Lieutenant Botie Hillhouse along with the Henderson County District Attorney's Office assisted in the search warrant.
