TYLER, TX (KLTV) - A one car crash claims the life of a Van Zandt County man.
It happened around 5:00 Saturday afternoon on FM 1255 near I-20 in Van Zandt county. Investigators say a jeep driven by 33 year old Burt Lewis of Canton, hit an embankment and rolled over.
Lewis was pronounced dead at the scene, and officials say he was not wearing a seat belt.
