WINNSBORO, TX (KLTV) - An Oklahoma man is in an East Texas jail, facing charges of kidnapping, robbery, and aggravated robbery. According to police, Brian Revilla approached a man at his home in Shelby County Friday evening, asking for a ride. He then tied the man up, left him in a wooded area, and took his van. He ended up in Winnsboro on Saturday, and went into Bell's Pharmacy on Main Street. He was there for a few minutes before grabbing an employee, and demanding Oxycontin at knife point.
"I said, 'I don't have any,' and he said, 'Yes, you do. You're lying,' and I looked at the knife again, and said, 'Okay.'" said Sammy Bell, the pharmacy owner. "I went over and got four bottles of pills.'"
"He kept saying, 'I'm not gonna hurt you, ma'am,' even though it was hard to believe," said Victoria Landers. "I was still scared. I was just crying the entire time."
Revilla was caught later in Franklin County, and is still in the Franklin County Jail as of Monday night. He's also believed to be facing two felony warrants out of Oklahoma.
