NOONDAY, TX (KLTV) - One was killed and another injured in a three vehicle accident on Highway 155 in Noonday, just south of County Road 1103 Monday night.

According to DPS, the collision happened at 5:15pm when a south bound 1999 GMC Yukon driven by Robert Scoville Jr., 48, of Bullard crossed the highway into oncoming traffic hitting the back of a 2002 Toyota Camry, driven by Clarissa Kendrick of Bullard, and the side of a 2003 Grand Prix, driven by Kelle Pike of Whitehouse.

DPS says Scoville's Yukon then rotated multiple times, coming to a rest on a vegetable stand.

Scoville was transported to ETMC and pronounced dead at 6:30pm Monday. Kendrick was injured in the wreck, treated and released at the scene.

According to DPS, no one else was injured.
