West Grande "rained out"GILMER, TX (KLTV) - Heavy rain continues to fall over parts of East Texas. We have received reports of flooding the Emory area of Rains County and the Gilmer area in Upshur County. Numerous cars have stalled in flooded roadways and some businesses and homes are reporting flooding across the Gilmer area. Radar estimates over 4 inches of rain has fallen across parts of the I-20 corridor since midnight and up to 10 inches of rain the past 24 hours. Please do not drive across flooded roadways as it only takes around one foot of rapidly moving water to push vehicles. Stay tuned to your East Texas news leader for the latest.
