TITUS COUNTY, TALCO (KLTV) - The Titus County Sheriff's Office arrested 33 year-old Kris Martinson on charges of Possession of Child Pornography at his residence in Winnsboro, TX on Thursday.
During an interview with authorties, Martinson confessed to viewing child pornography on his home computer. Authorites say a search warrant was then obtained for Kris Martinson's residence located at the time, in Talco, TX.
Investigators seized multiple items including a Hewlett Packard Computer. Investigators tell KLTV Martinson's home computer contained multiple pictures of naked children, including some engaging in explicit sexual conduct.
This is not Martinson's first run in with the law.
Authorities say in 2007, he confessed to charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
