A former East Texas coach is now under indictment on charges he had an improper relationship with a student.
Paul dixon resigned from Alto High School in march after the investigation began. Investigators say he was involved in a relationship with a female student at the school, though the exact details of the relationship have not been released.
Dixon is out of jail on bond.
