A&M coaching staff visits East Texas

Posted: Updated:

BULLARD, TX (KLTV)--Tuesday night at the Brook Hill School, members of the Texas A&M football coaching staff dropped some knowledge to area coaches at a clinic.

Running backs coach and nine-year NFL veteran Randy Jordan addressed the group first. Also on hand were assistant head coach and defensive coordinator Joe Kines, offensive coordinator Nolan Cromwell and special teams coach Kirk Doll.

Jordan said A&M's hope is to continue a good relationship with coaches in the area.

"We're just trying to share our information in terms of football," Jordan said. "I know that in East Texas there are some really good athletes here, and hopefully we can continue to recruit well in this area so that we can try to win a Big XII Championship."
