TYLER, TX (KLTV) - Traffic is moving slowly on SSE Loop 323 in Tyler after police say a slick liquid spilled on the road causing three minor accidents.  Police say they don't know exactly what the liquid is, but believe it's cooking oil because it smells like french fries.  The spill occured on the two inside Westbound lanes of the Loop stretching from Paluxy to Donnybrook.

Police say TxDOT crews are on the way to clean-up the spill.  It could take up to two hours to clear the road.  Police ask drivers to avoid the area if possible.
