After the Tyler Independent School District's bond passed in Tuesday's election, TISD released a statement expressing their appreciation for voter's response.
"We are humbled and appreciative of the voters in Tyler ISD," said Superintendent of Schools Dr. Randy Reid. "We want to thank the community for their trust in us to continue our multi-phase bond program."
The 2008 bond program includes $124.8 million for the replacement of six campuses, Clarkston, Jones, Griffin, Orr, Woods Elementary Schools and the St. Louis School.
