A jury is deciding the fate of a former teacher accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting an eight year old girl.
Robert Kevin Cyphers of Tyler is accused of molesting a third grade girl after school while her mother was working.
If convicted, he could face up to life in prison.
Cypher's defense attorney says there is no physical evidence to support the claim.
