The Brownsboro School Board launched an investigation in mid-September after two students made allegations of inappropriate conduct against three teachers.
Superintendent Elton Caldwell said, "We've reported it to CPS, and The State Board for Education Certification."
Last Wednesday, Donald Gene Dudley, a biology teacher was arrested at his home in Smith County. In the arrest affidavit, he's accused of having sex with a 16 year-old student.
The affidavit says Dudley came to the girl's house more than 10 times, and kissed her in her bedroom with the door shut. The report also states the girl went to his house where the two had sex twice.
Dudley is on paid leave, but Superintendent Elton Caldwell says he will most likely be terminated.
"Unless we get a resignation at some point, we'll go through that process and it is a process."
Two other teachers are also under investigation. Andy Malone is a baseball coach expected to face "criminal solicitation of a minor." Danny Burns, the band director, is facing charges of an "improper relationship with a child." Henderson County authorities say a grand jury indictment could come as early as next week.
