Alleged church arsonists due in court

TYLER, TX - The alleged East Texas church arsonists are expected to plead guilty today.

22-year-old Jason Borque and 22-year-old Daniel McAllister were indicted earlier this year on several counts of arson and attempted arson.

Last week, the two waived their rights to a jury trial.

There is a gag order in the case, and at this point, it's still unclear to what charges the two men will be pleading guilty.
