TYLER, TX (KLTV) - A federal agency has closed the investigation on a crane collapse at a construction site at Robert E. Lee High School in December.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration did not issue any citations against S&D Erectors.
The crane collapsed during construction on Dec. 19. There was an operator in the crane at the time, but nobody was injured.
S&D Erectors is a sub-contractor hired by WRL General Contractors. WRL is the contractor in charge of constructing the new Robert E. Lee building.
