TYLER, TX (KLTV) - Tyler firefighters say a heating unit that began to smoke led to a temporary evacuation order at a building in downtown Tyler.
About noon Thursday, crews were called to Tyler Development Center in the 400 block of Ferguson Street.
Employees were temporarily evacuated as crews check the building. Firefighters say they found smoke in the building. They later discovered it came from a heating unit. By 12:30 p.m. the building was cleared.
