TYLER, TX (KLTV) - A Fort Worth-based healthcare company is expanding to East Texas, and it’s looking for nurses to fill vacant positions in the area.
Sadiant Health works by connecting nurses who are available for work with healthcare facilities that have a need, according to the company’s CEO, Sarah Snetzer. She added that the company bridges that gap by creating solution that work in favor of everyone involved.
Snetzer described the process by comparing it to how ride-share apps work.
“If you have a retired nurse who is able to work a shift or two, our technology allows her to populate her availability in our app, and she can turn herself on or turn herself off, very similar to Uber," said Snetzer. "And also receive the benefits of higher pay and the flexibility our scheduling tool allows for.”
If you’d like to apply, the company will be at the Hilton Garden Inn on E. Grande Ave. in Tyler from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday, and 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday.
